Students will design and build a glowing forest lightbox in this engaging one day workshop. Prepare to design, draw, cut and construct your own lightbox which contains imagery relating to the rich ecology of the Waitakere ranges; trees, birds, insects and fungi. Your finished lightbox sculpture will light up your room.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
