Workshop
Have fun creating a bone carving in this tikanga based contemporary workshop. You will be introduced to a new skill-set through the carving design process, using grinders, drills, wet and dry sanding techniques and polishing tools. Then learn some lashing and binding techniques used traditionally throughout Polynesia.
Please bring kai for a shared lunch.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
