Open Arts Day 2019 : Welcome to our Neighbourhood

Corban Estate Arts Centre’s annual Open Arts Day provides the perfect opportunity to see behind the scenes at this creative hub in West Auckland. The highlights of the day include more than 20 onsite artists and performing arts organisations who will open their studios to the public, alongside exhibitions, free hands-on workshops, live performances, studio tours, artists’ talks and a live graffiti jam! Whether you’re currently participating in arts activities at the Estate or have never visited us before, come along and be inspired and involved in all the creative stuff happening in our neighbourhood. Make a day of it; relax over a light lunch, some sweet treats and a great coffee in our Coffee Studio café.

There will also be food trucks from Love Street Food on-site.

Bicycle parking will be provided by Auckland Transport and there will be a free drink from the café for those that ride to Open Arts Day (collect voucher from the bike parking station). Whilst parking your bicycle why not collect a local bike map, bells or badges and put your creative skills to practice on a bicycle themed art work.
 
Corban Estate Arts Centre is also just a short walk from Henderson Train Station and bus routes. Check the Auckland Transport Website to find out the best way for you to get here!
