Class
What do we find when we look at the ocean? Explore the huge variety of patterns, shapes, colours, textures and lines that make up the underwater world of the sea. Drawing inspiration from New Zealand artists Pat Hanly and Claudia Pond-Eyley we will create a mixed media collage and painting that reflects the special character of the plants, water and creatures living under the sea.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
