Workshop
In commemoration of ANZAC day, this year we'll be taking a closer look at the designs and emblems on the buttons that adorned our soldier’s uniforms in the first world war.
Led by our popular tutor Leela Bhai, using pencils, fine pens, inks and metallic pastels, we'll be sketching to create a series of small-scale circular artworks. Once our pieces are ready to go, children will learn how to apply gold leaf and turn their favourites into wearable
badges!

Julie Moselen is a large-scale sculptural artist based on-site at Corban Estate. Inspired by the ancient symbolism and rugged coastline of her Cornish homeland, this workshop offers children the opportunity to learn directly from the artist herself.
