In this popular month-long class, Artist James Lawrence explores abstract painting concepts and techniques utilising acrylic paints, gels, and additives. Demonstrations and discussions will cover colour, form and composition as each week is filled with discovery and painting adventures. This workshops series is suitable for all skills and stages of artist. *Some materials provided.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
