Nau mai, tauti mai ki ngā whāea katoa!
All Whaea are invited to spend some nourishing ‘me time’ in a hauora-focused wānanga, upholding the kaupapa of the exhibition Kia Ora Whaea.
Delivered by ringatoi hauora Ngāi Tahu, Rachel Ruckstuhl-Mann and Cathy Livermore, this all-day wānanga hauora involves guided movement, breathwork, Mauri Tau, waiata and kōrero.
Wear comfy kākahu and bring a mat.
