Takatāpui Pride Wall

As part of Auckland Pride Festival 2023, Corban Estate Arts Centre is facilitating an opportunity for our takatāpui /rainbow communities and their allies to come together for a day of creative mural making.

Gathering at the upper Graffiti Walls, participants will engage in a collaborative mural depicting the Progressive Pride Flag – an insignia affirming social independence and proclaiming power for the global LGBTQ+ community. Everyone is welcome; pick up a paintbrush or just come along to observe in support. Wear old clothes and bring a sun hat and water bottle. The Coffee Studio café will be open to purchase food and refreshments.

The wonderful crowd at Rainbow Westies will be joining us in support on the day.
