Workshop
This course is designed for the novice beginning their visual journey and the experienced painter wanting a safe and encouraging studio space. The 6-week workshop series looks at ideal set-ups, materials, and the impact of medium, painting styles, composition, brush, and application techniques in both oil and acrylic.
You will be able to explore subject matter that resonates with you, working directly from still life set-ups or personally collecting images of inspiration.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
