In this fun, hands-on holiday workshop, kids will create colourful art on canvas while decorating real sundaes they can eat!
Guided by experienced tutor Chloe Lam various acrylic painting techniques will be covered, including colour mixing, blending, and creating texture.
This delicious workshop combines creative learning with sweet treats for a fun day out!

Children will be making and eating a real ice cream sundae with a variety of toppings. Sorry, this workshop is not suitable for children with food allergies and/or intolerances.

In Henderson Park there lives a colony of Pekapeka-tou-roa—tiny bats flitting through the night, feeding on insects and roosting in the giant ancient trees. In this workshop, students will explore the habitat and behavior of our native long-tailed bats before creating their own zoetrope.
