Give a Kid a Blanket - Documented

Give a Kid a Blanket started in 2015 as a grassroots response to help kids and families living in cold, damp conditions in Aotearoa. Now in its 6th year, this social art project takes a creative approach to local challenges by bringing people together and offering practical support with a focus on kindness. As part of the Auckland Festival of Photography, this exhibition presents the community activated art action lead and documented by West Auckland based artists Bernie Harfleet and Donna Turtle Sarten.
