Onsite: Moving Matariki
With Ariana Sutton and Kerry-Ann Stanton
2018
Sunday, 1 July
1-4pm
Matariki is a time for honouring the past, family, and to prepare for the new year. Moving Matariki is a creative movement workshop, where participants are invited to bring someone from a different generation, a friend or family member, to dance together and exchange stories. By connecting to Matariki in this way, friends and whānau can embrace the letting go of the past year and awaken ready for the year ahead.
