Pop-Up Exhibition: Barrel Store Colony

Working in collaboration, Andy Leleisi’uao and Leela Bhai are curating a group exhibition series that explore the notion of an artist haven.

It’s an idea that teeters on the edge of reality and fantasy, aiming to establish common ground between artists.   

Inspired by an art colony model, the show promotes a communal environment which can facilitate solitude, concentration and individual voice.

The show is the visual conversation between nine artists connected through representation, exposure and the support of friendship within an artist community.

Exhibiting artists include Chloe Marsters, Chris van Doren, Delecia Sampero, Fatu Feu'u, Julian Hooper, Sefton Rani, Tira Walsh, Tom Burnett, and Vaimaila Urale.
