Whakapapa Zines

Join Piupiu Maya Turei (Wairarapa Moana, Te Ātihaunui-a-Pāpārangi) in making a zine to celebrate your whakapapa!

In this drop-in session we will make handmade booklets (zines) and fill them with stories from our whakapapa. Participants are encouraged to bring printed photographs of their whānau to include in their zine. Caregivers and their children will create one zine together in an act of collaboration and celebration of shared whakapapa.
