Whakamana Wāhine

Join us for a two-hour movement and creativity hauora session. Guided by kaitiaki Rachel Ruckstuhlmann participants with be guided through stretching, creative play in relation to the artworks in the current exhibition Kia Ora Whaea.

This session is FREE and afternoon tea is provided for participants.

Please wear warm comfortable clothes you are happy to move in, a mat or blanket and a drink bottle. You may also want to bring a journal or writing pad, and your favourite pens/pencils to do some reflective drawing and writing.
