Self-care and Embodiment

Join us for an online self-care and embodiment workshop with contemporary Māori artist and Oranga practitioner, Irihipeti Waretini. Together we will explore rituals enriched with mātauranga Māori that we can write into our daily lives to cultivate a gentle and loving creative practice.
