We are seeing the revival of Indigenous wellbeing practices where connecting with te taiao (our environment) is affirmed as a reciprocal relationship, healing both us and the whenua. Alongside group exhibition What we do with our hands, join us for an afternoon of conversation and connection as we discuss the traditional Māori perspective of healing and wellbeing, focusing on our rongoā rākau. Nau mai haere mai.
