Matariki Mēra (Matariki Mail)

Matariki Mēra (Matariki Mail) is a free, drop-in holiday activity at Corban Estate Arts Centre, inviting tamariki to connect, reflect and express their thoughts through letter writing.

Inspired by Matariki’s themes of remembrance and renewal, children can write heartfelt messages to loved ones past or present and design their own postage stamps. Letters to those who have passed can be offered at our Wishes to Hiwa event on 11 July, while others will be posted within New Zealand by the Corban Estate Arts Centre.
