Printopia Festival 2024

The Printopia Festival of Original Prints is back with another wonderful three-day celebration of printmaking, right here at Corban Estate Arts Centre.

Boasting a wide range of activities for print enthusiasts and the print-curious to come and enjoy, Printopia Festival consists of:

FREE ENTRY Print Fair and Live Printing

The Print Fair brings together artists, print groups, galleries, and tertiary institutes from across the country to showcase an exciting range of printmaking techniques. No mechanical reproductions in this fair – only original prints, each one inked and printed by hand. Discover a new artist, learn about their process, and start or add to your print collection.

The Print Lab live printing sessions lets your try your hand at pulling a squeegee, rolling a brayer, and inking up a plate or two. Create unique hand-printed items like bandanas, t-shirts, patches, or a poster. Bring along a pre-loved clothing item to be block-printed or screen-printed with our festival designs. Experience the magic of Cyanotype Printing and get a chance to win a 3D printed press and print materials by creating your own tiny drypoint etching.
