Let’s Talk About It

Through music, spoken word, rap and by sharing personal experiences, young people speak out about their challenges with mental health, how anxiety, depression and thoughts of ending their lives have affected them, and what has helped them recover.

The evening will be powerful and even confronting, however the openness, creative talents and sheer courage of the young performers and presenters, will be an uplifting and inspiring experience.
