Class
Captain Cook’s Endeavour or spaceships with Martians! Vehicles that existed in the past or vehicles that will take us places in the future are our inspiration for this clay class. Create stunning sculptures from your imagination, and learn about pottery techniques in an informal way including throwing small pots on a wheel. All ceramic works will be glazed and fired to make them durable. To be collected three weeks after the class has finished.
The course fees include all materials, but remember… students need to wear old clothes and bring their lunch and a drink bottle.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
