*CLASS NOW FULLY BOOKED.* Participants will learn about the history of the street art movement and be guided through collaborative processes of creating a spray-painted mural, from sketchbook to wall. The workshop will explore design structure, spray can control, fading, colour schemes and reveal the tricks of the trade needed to create vibrant contemporary pieces.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
