Workshop
Spend two meditative Saturday mornings with Lina Castro, where you will enjoy designing and painting a mixed-medium work. Using both acrylic and fabric paint, Lina will guide you in creating a composition ready to be complemented with embroidery embellishment. You will learn three basic stitches and methods for incorporating these into your tactile work of art.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
