Workshop
Explore the art of glass casting in this 3-day workshop, spread over 2 weekends. Learn the basics of the lost wax method to create a simple and stunning tree glasswork. Beginning with exploration of form through different mediums including simple techniques using wax and clay. Learn how to build reservoirs and plaster moulds developing an understanding of positive and negative space. You will be introduced to setting up the kiln for the firing and how to clean, polish and photograph them.
