Workshop
As part of EcoFest West fitting within their themes Te Whaihanga / Makers' Mayhem and Torohē Nuku / Explore Nature; become immersed in your local natural environment through concentrative and therapeutic Art Journaling. Using foraged foliage as your inspiration, you will receive your own journal to create a series of observational drawings, frottage, and colour studies using inks and dyes.

Kites that fly our words high up in the sky. This workshop takes cues from the rich history of Protest art in Aotearoa, and asks young people what they would want to say and then gives them the tools to fly their words high for everyone to see.
